Shipping Policy

All order are processed in the order they are received.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation only.
Any additional services may be requested in the comments section of your order. Your request authorizes us to add the charge for those services to the order total. You may request to be notified of the cost of the additional services prior to shipping, however, your order may be delayed and will not be processed until acknowledgment is received from the purchaser.
Uninsured orders that are lost, missing or stolen will not be replaced nor refunded for any reason.
Insured orders that are lost, missing or stolen must be handled via the USPS regulations. All claims must be made through the USPS and claims will not be accepted within 30 days of shipping.
